Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang ditujukan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sriwijaya Inderalaya dengan judul Pengaruh Relationship Marfceting terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen pada Produk Oriflame. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh relationship marketing terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada produk Oriflame, dan 2) untuk mengetahui variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 80 responden. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis regresi, pengujian secara parsial (uji t) dan pengujian secara simultan (uji F). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah secara simultan relationship marketing mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,00. Secara parsial, hanya variabel structural ties dan variabel financial benefit yang berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen, melalui analisis regresi linier berganda, variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen adalah variabel structural ties.
