Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work performance to performance of c/v/7 servants in District Ogan Komering Ilir Employment and Training Agency. This study used the results of the work, teamwork, and work ethic as an indicator of work performance and productivity, quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability as an indicator of performance. The data required is a primary and secondary data obtained from District Ogan Komering Ilir Employment and Training Agency and others. The sample in this study using saturated or census sampling method in which all members of the population that is used as a sample because the population is relatively small, the number of samples used is 37people. Based on the results of this study found that the work performance partially affect performance of civil servants in District Ogan Komering Ilir Employment and Training Agency amounted to 37.7%, influenced by the work, teamwork, and work ethic. Any changes in work performance appraisal by 1 point it will improve the performance of civil servants amounted to 0.377.
