Abstract
The goal of this research are to determine what is the advertising factor, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, and direct marketing to determine what is the dominant factor that influencing the customer’s decision to save their money in Bank Sumsel Babel at Kapten A. Rivai Palembang branch Office. The population in this research are all of the customer that save their money in Bank Sumsel Babel branch office since 2009 until 2013. The sampling techniques in this research in Non Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling Method, and 100 customer as the research sample, using primary data from the questionnaires what were analyzed using multiple analysis. The result of this study indicate that the advertising factor, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, and direct marketing had significant effect by 42,2% of the customers decision to save their money in Bank Sumsel Babel at Kapten A. Rivai Palembang branch office, while the remaining 57,8% is influenced by other factors. Based on statistical t test is known that the dominant factor influencing the customers decision to save their money in Bank Sumsel Babel at Kapten A. Rivai Palembang branch office is public relations factor by 59,7%.
