Abstract

This study aims to determine the head of the family who is entitled to receive RASKIN assistance based on the criteria determined by the social service using qualitative research methods, data collection and data description. In data analysis using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method, the sample has 943 data on family heads in 1 sub-district and will determine 100 heads of families who are entitled to receive RASKIN assistance based on calculations that have been done by the system. The results of this study help reduce errors in determining which citizens are entitled to receive assistance based on system calculations. Keywords : Decision Support System (SPK), RASKIN, SMART
