Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh komunikasi internal terhadap prestasi kerja di PT Bumi Indo Sriwijaya Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa kuesioner dan menggunakan 35 responden. Sedangkan pada metode analisis data, peneliti menggunakan uji validitas dan reabilitas kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi internal mempengaruhi prestasi kerja di PT Bumi Indo Sriwijaya Palembang.
