Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan sangat ditentukan oleh cara pemimpin mengatur dan mengarahkan karyawan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kineija karyawan di PT. Bintang Gasing Persada. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple random sampling dan populasi penelitian berjumlah 346 orang. Sedangkan Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 78 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dalam pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS Windows 17. Dari hasil perhitungan analisis determinasi R Square = 0,135 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 13,5% kineija karyawan di PT. Bintang Gasing Persada dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan. Hal ini disebabkan faktor lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini seperti tingkat gaji, motivasi, serta kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, kinerja karyawan
