Abstract

This study aims to determine the management audit of the marketing function at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Data collection techniques through interviews. The results of this study are useful for farmers who want to get subsidized fertilizers, which are required to make a Defintive Group Needs Plan (RDKK). The results of this study are where the farmer presents the distribution and marketing flow scheme at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja is quite effective. Based on the research conducted, management audit has played an effective or adequate role in helping management to correct weaknesses in the company.
