Abstract

Employee performance assesment system at PT. Cahaya Karya Abadi hasn’t been used maximally, this is because that data processing is done by using microsoft excel with employee total as many as 50 employees of the harvest division and 6 criteria rarely caused an errors in data processing. This is because there is no integrated system information that can stored that assesment data. These problems can be addressed by establishing an information system that can support decisions and recommend goodest employee performace assestment. Decision making is using TOPSIS method as a research method by normalizing the criteria indicator and then calculating the ideal solution distance between negative value and positive value. The final result is the value of preference and rank. System developement is carried by using PHP programming language.
