Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the impact given both effectively and well or not at all in the form of inviting students students from Palembang's Multi Data University to obey traffic rules through information provided at the Police Goes to Campus 2019 seminar held at the Palembang Multi Data University Hall. This study was conducted with a sample of 84 respondents namely students participating in the Police Goes seminar to Campus 2019. Collecting data in this study using questionnaires. Based on the results of the analysis of the research that has been carried out, it was found that the 12 dimensions used in this study were exposed to information, attention, liking and interest. Understanding, Obtaining skills, Influenced, Storage, Information seeking, Decision Making, Behaving according to decisions, Strengthening the desired actions, and Consolidation of behavior. The average score obtained is 293 with an average percentage of 55.58% and into the good category. Thus based on the average results from each of these dimensions it was concluded that the Persuasive Communication Impact of the South Sumatra Regional Traffic Directorate of Palembang in the Police Goes to Campus 2019 Seminar in order to increase the awareness of Palembang Multi Data University students in traffic had a good impact for students participating in the University Multi Data Palembang
