Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumen apa saja yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli produk printer Epson. Metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah proporsional random sampling. Dari total seluruh, diambil 100 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil dari analisis regresi terhadap lima variabel (Kebudayaan, Sosial, Pribadi, Psikologis, Keputusan Pembelian), diketahui bahwa semua variabel promosi tersebut berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli Produk Printer Epson.. Maka sebaiknya Printer Epson mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kegiatan-kegiatan promosi penjualan mereka agar semakin banyak konsumen yang tertarik membeli produk printemya. Kata Kunci: Perilaku dan Keputusan Konsumen
