Abstract

Balanced scorecard is a tool or method used to measure company performance from financial and non- financial aspects. The measurement uses 4 perspective, that is financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective,leraning and growth perspective. This research measure the perfomance of PT Perkebunan Mitra Ogan Palembang from 2017 to 2019. The purpose of this study is to determine the results of measuring company performance by applying the balanced scorecard. The method used in this research is a qualitative analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the financial perspective is to be unfavorable, the customer perspective is to be quite good, the internal business process perspective is to be good, the learning and growth perspective is to be good.
