Abstract
This study aims to find whether there is effect between job satisfaction on the performance of employees at the districts office Penukal regency P ALI. Based on that explanation above how employees can work optimally and have a high motivation to finish the job as the feedback of the perceived satisfaction so that employees can produce a good performance in the organization. In analyzing the data researcher uses descriptive analysis that shows the distribution of items of each variable, and a simple linear regression analysis and also hypothesis testing. Regression analysis shows that R square to 0,723, means that job satisfaction only explained by employee performance as much as 72,3% and regression test shows equals to 0,000< 0,05 that there is effect between job satisfaction on employee performance. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has positive and signiftcant effect on employee performance in districts office penukal regency PALI.
