Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) dengan konteks bacaan Asian Games dan Tsunami Palu yang valid, praktis, serta memiliki efek potensial terhadap penggunaan LKPD pada materi bentuk aljabar di SMP. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (depelopment research) dengan subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VII-1 SMP Negeri 17 Palembang tahun ajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 28 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan walkthrough, observasi, angket, dan wawancara. Penelitian ini memiliki efek potensial terhadap kemampuan matematisasi, kemampuan representasi, serta hasil belajar peserta didik yang terlihat dari tercapainya nilai peserta didik yang mencapai nilai 70 dengan jumlah peserta didik lebih dari sama dengan 65% dari jumlah peserta didik.
