Abstract
The main factor causing diabetes mellitus lies in unhealthy lifestyles such as eating high-calorie foods, obesity, low fiber, and rarely exercising. One way to treat DM disease is to control the food consumed by patients by dieting. Food menu with the right amount of nutritional value with the amount of dose, carbohirate, protein and fat. For the DM diet that requires 1675.5825 calories of energy with an optimum content of carbohydrates of 251,337 grams - 293,227 grams, the protein is 41,889 grams - 62,834 grams, and in fat is 37,235 grams - 46,544 grams. By using a programming model, the goal is to obtain an optimal food menu by overcoming deviations so that the achievement of each objective function reaches the number of calories, protein, fat and fat obtained from the results of LINDO software, which means that none of the deviations are zero. Optimal food menus will be analyzed using the goal programming model and sensitivity analysis.
