Abstract

This research was aimed at analyzing the effect of economic growth variable, inflation rate, and real interest rate on the investment of Domestic Investment (DI) in Indonesia. The data used in this research were the secondary ones in the period of 1985 up to 2010. The method used to analyze the data was Multiple Linier Analysis using Ordinary Least Square. From the result of regression, it was found out that the economic growth and inflation level had positive effect on the investment of DI. Meanwhile, real interest rate had negative effect on the investment of DI
