Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh stres keija terhadap kineija perawat pada bagian rawat inap di RS. Bhayangkara Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat pada Bagian Rawat Inap Di RS. Bhayangkara Palembang yang beijumlah 64 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Sampling Jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan ggunakan program statistical for product and Service solution (SPSS) versi 22. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kineija perawat pada Bagian Rawat Inap Di RS. Bhayangkara Palembang. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Kinerja Perawat
