Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Eguity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Tumover (TATO) to Retum on Asset (ROA) on real estate and property companies at Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research used secondary data of financial statement. The population of this research is 15 of 25 companies, purposive sampling w as implemented on this research. The technigue of analysis used was the multiple linier regression which test the coefficient of determination, test for normality, hypothesis test used partial t test and simultaneously F- test at level significance 0.05 atau 5 %. The results of this research show that partially current ratio and debt to eguity ratio not significant influence to ROA, and partially total asset tumover having influence that significant to ROA. Simultaneousy current ratio, debt to eguity ratio,dan total asset tumover not significant influence to ROA.
