Abstract
Sometimes in a company requires a system that can help in making decisions to solve problems quickly and accurately. In this study a decision support system was developed to determine the priority of customers who deserve credit. The combination of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique For Order Performance By Similiarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method was chosen because of its ability to make multi-criteria and multi-alternative decisions precisely based on the value of criteria and weights for predetermined criteria. In this study, testing 10, 25, and 50 customer data to determine the accuracy of the SAW-TOPSIS method which is then compared with the results of the decision of credit experts from the company. The SAW-TOPSIS calculation results prove that this combination can improve accuracy in making decisions in determining the priority of customers who are eligible to receive credit with an average of 100% compared to the SAW method which has an accuracy with an average of 66.7%.
