Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Learning Model with learning virtual reality on student learning outcomes in class XI human movement system at UPT SMA Negeri 10 Ogan Ilir. The research method used is One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Determination of the research sample using the Simple Random Sampling technique so that class X IPA 1. Instruments for learning outcomes in the form of multiple choice test questions as many as 20 questions. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability testing. The results showed that the influence of the TAI learning model based on virtual learning had a significant effect on learning outcomes in human movement system for class XI students, which was shown in the final test score data for students in class XI IPA 1 of 78.86 with a high percentage of n-gain category 41. %. While the results of the implementation of the RPP have an average of 84 and are in the good category.
