Abstract

The purpose of the study was to design a Grand Mosque Nur-Arafah Prabumulih City Park in Prabumulih Utara Subdistrict, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra. Study has been conducted from January 2019 until November 2019. The research method was in the form of a field survey which included interviews with the administrators of Grand Mosque Nur-Arafah Prabumulih, with stages of physical data collection, analysis of theme determination, development of design, consultation with users, and final design. design of the garden pays attention to the elements of water and plants. The addition of plants is adjusted to the function of each room and the desire of the administrator of the research location. The addition of mosque supporting facilities such as fountain ponds, plazas, seating, and mini Islamic gardens are a means of socializing for users and improving the aesthetics of the mosque. The total planned budget of the costs needed in making the Nur-Arafah Mosque park is Rp. 134.396.000,00 Construction for the garden is estimated to be completed within need three months of garden construction.
