Abstract
This study aims to see the relationship between the material discussed in the Cambridge IGCSE Curriculum and the 2013 Curriculum and to see the depth ratio of the two curricula. This research uses a descriptive method. The research was conducted using the IGCSE syllabus, the 2013 curriculum syllabus, the IGCSE study reference book, the X class curriculum 2013 study reference book and the Campbell Biology book Edition 8 volumes 2 and 3 as a reference book for measuring the depth and breadth. The activities carried out in this study were to map the Learning Objectives in the IGCSE syllabus with Basic Competencies (KD) on the K13 syllabus to obtain material data linkages between the curricula and to measure the depth and breadth of the material by conducting discourse analysis. The results showed that the biology subject matter in K13 was wider with a proportion of 100% breadth and deeper than the IGCSE class X biology subject matter with a proportion of depth of material of 75%.
