Abstract

This study aims to determine the causal relationship between Infrastructure, Foreign Direct Investment and Gross Domestic Product in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data in the period from 2000-2019. The analytical technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis with a causality model with a vector error correction model (VECM). The findings obtained are that foreign direct invesment with infrastructure does not hanve a relationship between the two variables. Evidence of a one-way relationship between infrastructure to Gross Domestic Product and Gross Domestic Product to foreign direct investment
