Abstract
This study proposes an Improved Cloud Radio Access Network (C-RAN) - Selfish Users model which will be added to the bundling model in the wireless network pricing scheme, to manage internet pricing strategies. The model obtained considers the Perfect Substitute utility function to regulate the level of customer satisfaction. This research was resolved as a Mixed Integer Non-Linear Programming (MINLP) problem to determine the initial consumption ( P^M) and the amount of bandwidth consumption (B_0) applied to a local data server, namely data traffic files. There are 4 cases applied with 3 pricing schemes, flat fee, usage based, two-part tariff in each case. The model used is solved with the help of LINGO 13.0 application software to get the optimal solution. Based on the research that has been done, the Improved C-RAN - Selfish Users - bundling model generates more maximum revenue for Internet Service Providers (ISP), which is IDR 52.497×〖10〗^13 than the Improved C-RAN-Selfish Users model, if solving the model using the local server data.
