Abstract

Good village financial management is based on existing regulations and depends on the ability of human resources who manage it. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of village financial management in Guci Village by looking at five stages, namely: Planning, Implementation, Administration, Reporting and Accountability in accordance with Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 using Qualitative Descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that the financial management of Guci village in general is good but there is discrepancy in the reporting stage. Where is the time to submit the first and second semester of AP B Desa realization reports not permanent or not the same. This is because the village's human resources have not been able to work on and finalize the accountability report or SP J which is equivalent to the SK.PD report (Work Unit of the Regional Administration) at the office office following the SJMDA procedures (Task Force on Regional Management Information System Development).
