Abstract

Gedung Graha Patria is a rental business in the use of buildings and facilities. Graha Patria already has a manual rental data collection system, shares information, and builds rental packages in the form of pamphlets. To provide the best service, a solution is given to research by making a CRM application to a building rental information system using the Framework Of Dynamic CRM Method at Graha Patria Palembang. The objectives and benefits of this research are to make it easier for customers to find information about the Graha Patria Palembang building and to provide convenience in finding information on builds, packages, check blank dates, questions and answers and facilitate the rental process. The implementation is built using the Waterfall and CRM system development method with the Framework Of Dynamic methods and uses PHP and MySql and made in the form of a website With the creation of this CRM application, hopefully it can help and make it easier for customers to find information and make rentals at the Graha Patria Building
