Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of giving premiums on the work spirit of harvest employees at PT Sampoerna Unit Kebun Hikmah IV Sungai Menang. The population in this study were all harvest employees at PT Sampoerna Unit Kebun Hikmah IV Sungai Menang, totaling 100 harvest employees. The sample of this study amounted to 50 respondents with random sampling method. This study uses primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis concluded that the provision of premium positive and significant effect on employee work spirit harvest at PT Sampoerna Unit Kebun Hikmah IV Sungai Menang.
