Abstract

This study aims to determine the ef ect of open skill kick training on increasing shooting accuracy at the Ogan Ilir united football club. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method, which means that only the sample is treated. The research design used was One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampling using a total population sampling technique with a sample of 30 people. The research instrument is that all samples perform an open skill kick test. From the results of data processing and analysis using the data normality test and hypothesis testing with the t test formula, that open skill kick training has an ef ect on increasing the accuracy of soccer shooting. This can be seen from the results of data analysis through the calculation of the t test formula with the t count criteria greater than t table (13.57 1.70) with a confidence level of 0.95 (α = 0.05) and the number of samples (N = 30), then the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Open skill kick training really has an ef ect on increasing the accuracy of soccer shooting. Based on the results of research on the ef ect of open skill kick training which is thought to have an ef ect on increasing soccer shooting accuracy, it turns out to have a significant ef ect on increasing shooting accuracy at Ogan Ilir united football club.
