Abstract

Academic information system is used to improve service and academic performance to be faster and more efficient. The purpose of this research is to get the results of evaluating the level of acceptance and satisfaction of users of academic information systems at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The model used in this study is a combination of UTAUT2 and EUCS models. The model analysis technique uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.3.2 software. The population of this study is active students at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, while for determining the sample using the Slovin formula and a significance level of 5% so that with a population of 19260 it is known that the number of samples is 392 respondents. Data collection is done by distributing online questionnaires. The results of the calculation of the questionnaire data, namely the evaluation of acceptance and satisfaction of users of academic information systems are included in the very good category with a percentage of 96%. The evaluation of the academic information system has a positive influence on user acceptance with the highest t-statistic value found in the habit variable, namely 4.319, while the academic information system has a positive influence on user satisfaction with the highest t-statistic value on the behavioral intention variable, namely 5.206. This research is expected to improve the performance of academic information systems based on user acceptance and satisfaction.
