Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of Pjok teacher performance on student achievement in Ar-Rahman Palembang. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with survey method. While the population in this study were 2 PJOK teachers, 8 other subject teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Ar- Rahman Palembang and 42 students at Madrasah Aliyah Ar-Rahman Palembang. The sampling technique used a technique in the form of a questionnaire, namely by distributing questionnaires to teachers and students of Madrasah Aliyah Ar- Rahman Palembang. Data analysis using a questionnaire using a Likert scale with a closed questionnaire. The results obtained show how the role of teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Ar-Rahman Palembang has as many as 2 people getting an average score of 48 with a percentage of 20% included in the Very Effective category. The results of the questionnaire on student representatives as many as 2 people got an average score of 45.5 witha percentage of 20% included in the Effective category. The results of the next questionnaire onteachers of other subjects as many as 6 people got an average score of 44.8 with a percentage of60% included in the Effective category. very effective category (SE), and the results of the percentage of student questionnaires are 69.05%. As for the results of learning achievement, theresearchers took odd semester scores on the student report cards of Madrasah Aliyah Ar- Rahman Palembang. The findings of this study show that the results of the role of PJOK teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Ar- Rahman Palembang are in the very effective category. The implications of this research can be used as a reference for evaluating the performance of other subject teachers in improving teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Ar-Rahman Palembang.
