Abstract

Energy sources from nature are decreasing day by day, based on this, an alternative energy source in the form of Piezoelectric is needed. A prototype was made by varying the circuit to determine the amount of power produced by each circuit. In this study, the Piezoelectric prototype was assembled on a PCB board with the main components, namely Piezoelectric PVDF (Polyvinylidene Flouride) as many as 20 pieces and other components in the form of Plywood boards, springs, wires, and iron axles. The prototype is made like footwear which later the prototype will be stepped on using feet so that the Piezoelectric circuit that has been arranged in such a way will touch the wire and produce a voltage and current. The voltage generated by this piezoelectric is in the form of AC voltage, so a diode bridge is used as a rectifier and a small LED lamp is also used as an indicator and a place for measuring current. The circuit used in this prototype includes 2 series 6 parallel, 2 series 8 parallel, and 2 series 10 parallel assembled on one PCB board and to change the circuit a switch button is used. In the measurement process, several loads are used, namely 54 Kg, 56 Kg, 59 Kg, 62 Kg, and 65 Kg. Each of these weights will experiment three times in each series. The largest measurement results are obtained in a series of 2 series 10 parallel and weighing 65 Kg with a voltage value of 3.619 Volts and a current value of 3.26 A and a large power value of 11.797 x 10-6 Watts. The smallest measurement results are obtained in a series of 2 series 6 parallel and weighing 54 Kg with a voltage value of 1.445 Volts and a current value of 1.43 A and producing a power of 2.066 x 10-6 Watts. The amount of power produced is directly proportional to the weight used
