Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Account Representatives roles, Service Quality and Taxation Knowledge on Compliance with Tax Obligations of Individual Taxpayers. The theory used by researchers in this study is Attribution Theory and Public Service Theory. The population in this study are individual taxpayers registered at the Pratama Palembang Ilir Timur Tax Service Office and the sample in this study amounted to 103 respondents. The data of this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires to research respondents. In this study, researchers used multiple regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are that the role of Account Representative and Taxation Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on compliance with tax obligations and service quality has no effect on Compliance of tax obligations.
