Abstract

ABSTRACT WEB-BASED APPLICATION OF LAUNDRY SERVICE ON PAPA’S LAUNDRY PALEMBANG By : Ofta Sari 0910581721046 In carrying out its business processes, Papa Laundry has not fully implemented information technology that can facilitate the work of employees, especially in the sales data collection process. .the development of a website-based laundry service application can provide solutions in data collection and employee convenience in overcoming laundry business process problems. .The system development method used is the waterfall method with the stages of working the method starting from the requirements specification to the testing stage. .The final result obtained is that the laundry transaction process has been systematized and integrated with database storage so that it can record all transaction data that occurs and minimize loss of sales data. .the test results given, the Papa Laundry Service Information System gets system results that are worthy of testing.
