Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji sejauh mana pengaruh modal, upah, dan harga rata-rata terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di usaha catering. Penelitian ini dilakukan di seluruh usaha catering di kota Palembang, dengan sampel sebanyak 58 unit usaha. Metode pengambilan data adalah metode sensus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linier berganda dengan metode OLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Modal dan tingkat upah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja; (2) Harga rata-rata positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja.
