Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction Bank Sumsel Babel Branch Indralaya. The study used quantitative methods with questionnaires as research instruments. The population in this research was 36 people with the entire population is respondents using sampling jenuh techniques. The data analysis used is a simple linier regression. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that organizational culture has a positif and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employee at Bank Sumsel Babel Branch Indralaya. Based on the result of the research, the management of Bank Sumsel Babel Indralaya Branch should pay more attention to the needs of employess in aspect of organizational culture as well as aspects of comfort, salary, and promotion opportunities as well as space of expression and innovation so that job satisfaction can be obtained by all employess.
