Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work enthusiasm on the work performance of health workers at the Muara Pinang District Health Center, Empat Lawang Regency. The population in this study was the total number of health workers at the Muara Pinang District Health Center, which amounted to 106 people. This study used a probability sampling technique, namely Stratified Random Sampling, with a total sample of 84 people. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be found that work enthusiasm has positive and significant effect on the work performance of Health Workers in the Health Center of Muara Pinang District, Empat Lawang Regency. Health workesr at the Health Center in Muara Pinang District, Empat Lawang Regency, should provide the best health services for the local community and be responsible, so that they can achieve maximum work performance.
