Abstract

CV. Sarana Usaha Mandiri is a company engaged in the supplier of photocopiers and photocopy machine services that are quite well known in the city of Palembang. In the process of managing sales and service data as well as making financial reports, errors in calculations and total recapitulation of financial statements often occur, causing losses for the company. This is because the data management process is still handwritten in a book which makes it prone to calculation errors. In addition, customers have difficulty in making transactions, both ordering and servicing because customers have to come directly to the CV. Sarana Usaha Mandiri to make order transactions or service services. So the author builds an application that can assist in managing sales transactions and service services and making financial reports accurately and quickly. Keywords : Application, Sales, Service.
