Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence on the performance of Xaverius 1 Palembang High School teachers during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample technique so that the research sample amounted to 63 respondents. Data collection methods used are interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results showed that teacher competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Xaverius 1 Palembang High School teachers during the covid-19 pandemic.
