Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture and work stress on the effectiveness of employees' work. This study uses a population and a saturated sample (census sample) of all employees working in the office and totaling 60 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire and the data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that work culture has a significant positive effect on work effectiveness. Job stress has a significant negative effect on work effectiveness. The implications of this research are expected to increase knowledge that is good to be applied and made recommendations for companies in analyzing problems related to work culture and work stress and their effect on employee work effectiveness.
