Abstract
Selama bulan Januari sampai September 2019 tercatat 857.756 hektar yang terdiri dari 630.451 hektar lahan mineral dan 227.304 hektar lahan gambut, Angka ini naik meningkat 160% jika dibandingkan tahun 2018 , sekitar 328.724 hektar. Kebakaran yang terjadi pada lahan gambut biasanya didominasi oleh proses smoldering, sehingga menghasikan emisi partikel tertinggi berupa karbon monoksida. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar CO menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 dengan bahasa pemrograman arduino IDE. Nilai pendeteksi MQ-7 diolah kedalam satuan ppm (part per million) dan dikirim ke spreadsheet. Sehingga data yang dihasilkan dapat ditampilkan secara real time, serta dapat dipantau dengan jarak jauh. Hasil yang didapatkan pengukuran diperoleh karbon monoksida memiliki kemampuan yang baik dengan rata-rata akurasi 98,64% presisi 99,07 %, serta alat rancangan mampu mengirimkan data pengukuran dengan jarak terjauh 70m.
