Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on the performance of security unit personnel at Sriwijaya University, Indralaya Campus. The population in this study were all personnel of the security unit at Sriwijaya University, Indralaya Campus, who had the status of Civil Servants and Public Service Agencies using a census of 40 respondents. The data collection method used in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the training had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the security unit personnel at Sriwijaya University, Indralaya Campus.
