Abstract

This research aims to describe the learning difficulties of students in online micro teaching courses in the Economic Education Study Program class of 2018 FKIP, Sriwijaya University. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The population in this study was all students of Economic Education class 2018 Indralaya and Palembang class which amounted to 73 students. Sampling uses the non-probability sampling technique, which is total sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. Students' learning difficulties in online micro-teaching courses are measured through 6 indicators, namely: internal factors (psychological factors) consisting of learning interests, learning motivation, and confidence, external factors (FKIP factors of Economic Education Study Program) consisting of online learning facilities, learning methods, and online learning applications. The results of the study obtained an overview of student learning difficulties in micro-teaching courses online in the Economic Education Study Program class of 2018 FKIP Sriwijaya University which is categorized as sufficient with an average percentage of 74%. Students' learning difficulties in micro teaching courses online in indicators of interest in learning are categorized as sufficient (73.5%), motivation to learn that is categorized as sufficient (74.%), self-confidence that is categorized as sufficient (74,6), well-categorized online learning facilities (77,2%), and online learning methods that are categorized fairly (70,7%). From the overall based on aspects of internal factors (74%) and aspects of external factors (73.9%) obtained an average score of 74% categorized sufficiently (60% - 75%).
