Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of situational leadership style on the performance of employees of PT. Karunia Pondasi Perkasa. The population in this study is the entire number of employees of PT. Karunia Pondasi Perkasa, totaling 42 employees. This study uses a saturated sampling technique. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and the analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that situational leadership style has a significant effect on the positive performance of employees of PT. Karunia Pondasi Perkasa. Suggestions that can be given from this research are leaders can apply the Telling-Directive situational leadership style that can influence and improve employee performance at PT. Karunia Pondasi Perkasa.
