Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of employee loyalty on job promotion of PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Palembang. This research is a descriptive researchwith a quantitative approach. The sampling techniqueused was the saturated sample technique so that the research saple amounted to 107 respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with simple regression analysis. The results showed that employee loyalty had a positive and significant effect on job promotion of PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Palembang.
