Abstract
Background: The current COVID-19 pandemic is still a big problem in Indonesia and even in the world. Efforts made by the Indonesian government in preventing an increase in confirmed cases of COVID-19 are the imposition of restrictions on activities outside the home, including online learning processes, This makes the duration of using the device increase and the occurrence of eye fatigue. Method: The type of research used is analytic observational with a cross-sectional design using primary data obtained from a self-administrated questionnaire via google form. Based on the Fisher exact test statistical test, it was found that 96.3% of respondents experienced eye fatigue with a duration of using a device that was not up to standard and as many as 42% of respondents experienced eye fatigue with a duration of using a device according to the standard.
