Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline to the employee’s performance at PT.TIKI Palembang. The population of this study are the total number of employees at PT. TIKI Palembang, which requires 80 people. Sampling technique from this, the sample of this research are 80 employees at PT. TIKI Palembang. The method used in this study is primary data obtained by spreading questionnaires and simple regression analysis as data analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that the work discipline has a positive effect to the employee’s performance.
