Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Health and Safety to the employee’s performance at PT. Remco Palembang. The population of this study are the total number of employees at PT. Remco Palembang, which requires 339 people. Sampling technique from this research using slovin technique sampling, therefore the sample of this research are 77 employees at PT. Remco Palembang. The method used in this study is primary data obtained by spreading questionnaires and simple regression analysis as data analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that the Occupational Health and Safety has a positive effect to the employee’s performance.
