Abstract
In the heading to the fiiture, companies are general ly based on planning objectives to be achieved in the fiiture with the expected behavior of all personnel in realizing that goal. To realize the objectives of the company with the expected behavior, the company requires a control system. Performance-based reward system is one important control tool used by companies to motivate personnel to achieve corporate goals with behavior as expected by the company. The system is urgently needed by enterprises to enter the business environment that demands the employment of knowledge workers. This study aims to analyze the reward systems are applied PT. Semen Baturaja (Peresero). Methods of data collection by conducting interviews and documentation. Type of research conducted was descriptive research. The results showed that the reward system implemented by PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) has been very good because the award is given in accordance with performance-based employee performance or practically.
