Abstract
PT. Adovelin Raharja is a company that is a reliable shipping and logistics solution by providing a high level of service and domestic and international standards. As a company that provides shipping solutions, the company is very concerned about the use of container boxes that are recorded in an information system so that the company can monitor it properly. This information system is called Adovelin Warehouse Inventory System (AWIS). There are three problems with this system and one problem with IT governance. Therefore, an evaluation of the AWIS system and IT governance will be carried out using the COBIT 5 framework. In this study, the capability level was measured using the Process Assessment Model and Self Assessment methods. The process domains selected based on the problem are APO01, APO03, APO09, and DSS01. The capability level in the APO01 and APO09 process domains is at level 3, APO03 is at level 2, and for DSS01 what is at level 4. From the capability level obtained, recommendations for improvement will be given. The results of this measurement are expected to be a reference for recommendations for improvement in the AWIS system.
