Abstract

BULOG is a state-owned enterprise engaged in food logistics. BULOG has a Logistic Information System (SIL) which is a sales information system specifically designed for sales to Distributors. SIL is a crucial system because the menus in the application are interconnected which causes complexity. This complexity can pose risks in various aspects. It is very important to manage risk management so that internal and external parties can anticipate the occurrence of danger/damage that can be detrimental in financial and operational aspects. The importance of implementing risk management in BUMNs is also emphasized by the Regulation of the Minister of State for BUMNs Number: Per- 01/MBU/2011 concerning the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance in BUMNs. A comprehensive and relevant framework in this regard is COBIT 5 for Risk which starts from risk identification, risk analysis, risk response, risk articulation, and risk mitigation. The results of the study in this case there are seventeen risks, with risk response options, namely, one risk is accepted, three risks are mitigated, and seven risks are transferred.
