Abstract
PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) merupakan salah satu penyedia layanan telekomunikasi yang mencakup sambungan telepon tidak bergerak dan telepon nirkabel, komunikasi seluler, layanan jaringan, informasi dan sebagainya. PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) menjadikan pengetahuan untuk produk utama agar pengelolah pengetahuan yang terdapat pada sumber daya manusia. Sumber daya manusia penting bagi perusahaan karena pelaku proses dari manajemen pengetahuan. Permasalahan yang timbul dalam pelaksanaan proses knowledge Sharing, belum adanya alat bantu berupa sistem dalam mendokumentasikan knowledge yang dimiliki pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall dan menggunakan metode SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization ) agar terciptanya Knowledge Sharing. Penelitian ini mengahasilkan suatu sistem knowledge sharing dengan menerapkan metode SECI yang dapat mengumpulkan, mengidentifikasi, menyimpan, mengelola, dan menyebarkan pengetahuan yang ada di PT. Telekomunikasi Tbk. (TELKOM) Palembang.
